Sunday, May 29, 2022 - Served well chilled. Took a few minutes to warm up and expose all those brioche and citrus notes. Plenty of bubbles still, crisp and flinty clean with plenty of acidity and a dry finish. Fan of this winery when it comes to sparkling wines.
