Thursday, April 4, 2013 - When I first tried this after decanting for 3 hours, I thought the wine was just average, but by third day, it really developed into a delicious wine with smooth, rich, ripe dark fruit. Aftertaste has a somewhat medicinal tone. Will buy more and just hold for a few years or allow extended time for it to open up.
