Sunday, March 31, 2013 - After a corked bottle (that the winery replaced w/o question), this is what I remember tasting and being excited to drink. A skin contact fermented SB, this has zero gooseberry on the nose or palate. Somewhat orange/yellow in the glass, I love the acidity and clean flavors and minerality. Delicious.
