Saturday, October 14, 2017 - Dave's 40th birthday. My most exclusive tasting ever!!! (@ Bottles; Sas van Gent, Netherlands): Beautiful and expressive, complex bouquet with some honey and caramel. On the palate a luxurious wine with beautiful citrus, minerals and great freshness. Great wine.
