Thursday, July 28, 2016 - After a couple of years of cellaring, this wine has greatly improved, its acids having mellowed, but are still piercing through, giving the wine its backbone. Nose of apples, sweet melon, faint hint of honey. Same palate, some animalistic tones toward the quite long finish. Don't drink too young, serve cold - temperature matters greatly with this wine.
