Wednesday, July 1, 2015 - Decanted and enjoyed over a 1.5-hour dinner at L'Abattoir in Vacouver, BC. Paired with chicken skins and snails, veal tongue & sweetbreads, and tendersirloin. Wow!!! Hot alcohol and blackberries in the nose, mineralized black cherries in the middle, med long finish with notes of toasted vanilla cherry and spice.
