Wednesday, June 14, 2017 - P&p. Fresh sharp aroma like crushed cherries and boysenberries sprinkled with thyme and lavender. Similar flavors; heavy, sappy dried herbs/garrigue, maybe too much at first but with some palate acclimation it works. Good acidity contributes to cohesion and lift. Lingering sappy thyme/garrigue. Characterful with tons of typicity; a bit of a thymebomb but enjoyable for what it is.
