Friday, June 17, 2022 - Golden yellow color, nose of wet stone, a touch of petrol and some citrus. Quite full attack on the body with more minerality, it was strong but not heavy. Very nice and long finish. This tasted halfway between a bourgogne chardonnay and an alsace pinot gris, which I guess it kinda is one. Very tasty, very interesting. It was my first time tasting this wine and I was very pleasantly surprised. Drank half a bottle and put it under argon, it was very good the next day as well!
