Monday, January 1, 2018 - The cork came out in hundreds of pieces. Decanted as a result, 1 hour before pairing with braised chicken thighs with olives, garlic and basil. Again, an opaque ruby in the glass, with slow-forming legs. The nose features blackberry, black currant, black olive, and a touch of roasted meat. Excellent intensity and concentration, with ample acidity. This is at peak now, not likely to get any better. Beautiful, and hope to visit them again soon!
