Tuesday, May 23, 2023 - From magnum decanted 2 hours. This was magnificent! The nose was in such a great place with that great blend of fruit and just enough age. There is a gritty tannin from the cab that’s really evident until the food shows up and then it’s all velvet and that great nose. Wonderful length that didn’t disappear with the veal. I have had other vintages and this was more elegant/ less rustic. Loved it.
