Sunday, January 8, 2017 - Deep purple in color. After about 30 mins in the glass aromas of blackberries, graphite, spice and pepper emerge. Very full bodied in the mouth with savory black fruits mixed with pan drippings, creosote, medium acidity and tannins still present in the grippy finish.
