Thursday, December 26, 2019 - Medium caramel, almost honey-like in colour, wonderful round nose of tropical fruits with hint of citrus/orange. Mouth feel is full, rounded, great weight and the depth of flavor rolls on and on. Great with liver parfait and even better second day alone.
