Friday, January 21, 2022 - Made from 50 % chardonnay and 50 % pinot noir.

Relatively dark golden colour. Very oxidised at this stage, almost sherry-like, very pleasant and coherent. Very ripe and mature, but retained acidity. Oxidised w. caramel, nuts and matured cheese. Splendid finish, splendid wine.

Drink.
