Wednesday, March 13, 2024 - This was absolutely magnificent. Tight and flinty to begin with but unfurled majestically in the glass. There was pure white peach and rockmelon fruits. It had some almond butter too. The palate was rich and heady, but superbly detailed. It had so much chalky dry extract and grapefruit cut to the long finish.
