Tuesday, October 19, 2021 - Golden colour, yet still quite fresh with notes of honey, citrus, minerals. Very fine depth here, some sweetness also, plenty of mushrooms, borderline ruffel, but with a vibrant acidity, that carries through. Drinking a point IMHO. #Kandestederne
