Sunday, January 10, 2016 - Wow! This is an excellent bottle of wine, and drinking perfectly right now. Deep colour. Notes of black cherry and pepper, some earthiness. A full palate, warm and soft, with a beautiful long finish. Tannins have all but disappeared. Caution: quite a bit of sediment so be sure to decant. And aerate or let it open for a while before drinking.
