It was a hit among the group: I was at the wood oven so was not concentrating on the tasting. I do think this is about its peak. Good dark fruit, after 24 h not much tannin and the aciditity was mellow. A little charred meat which I only got when eating the middle eastern spiced lamb pizza: it was made for that pizza it seemed.
