Wednesday, September 17, 2014 - Last bottle of a 6-pack, P&P'd. It has lost its prior strawberry liqueur profile, and in its place is, surprisingly, red alpine currant, earth and some pink pepper. Very light tannins, this is very good on its own, and paired with braised beef short ribs! Drink up!
