Friday, January 3, 2014 - - Ruby color - No doubting this being a Hunter Shiraz. A medium body and crispy dryness on the finish. The fruit has mellowed but still having a spicey pluminess. It really opened up after an hour and a gurgle in the Venturi aerator. It also complemented my homemade ham, cheese, chive, red pepper and mango pizza just fine. Happy New year!
