Wednesday, November 23, 2005 - Decanted for 20 minutes. Light to medium-bodied wine that is dark ruby in color. On the nose, dark berry fruit and a nice minerality. On the palate, plums and other dark fruits. The finish is a bit light for my tastes, but is good in length at 20 seconds. The tannins were there, but not obtrusive. Drank quite nicely with dinner, but did not stand up quite as well by itself later that evening. QPR was average at around $20.
