Sunday, October 20, 2019 - Nose: mushroom, truffle, leather, blackberry, plum, strawberry purée - a whiff of mature elegance. Palate: stewed berries, a hint of caramel, velvety tannins, finely chiseled structure, medium + acidity. Long finish. This one shows how complex and hugely enjoyable a great red Burgundy can become with a bit of age.
