Wednesday, June 22, 2011 - Rather reticent on the nose with clean fruit hinting at tropical direction. Pineapple, citrus and slight yellow florals.
Dry, slightly oily and pretty fullbodied but wonderfully light on its feet. Gunpowder, umami, textured soy. Long minerally finish.
More concentrated than other Wieninger wines I've had, but again wonderfully precise and clear in its innervision.
