Monday, January 25, 2016 - Lovely lovey cab. Perfect right now. Opened 2 hrs before pouring but I doubt it needed it. Silky smooth, tannins tame. Not huge but the various flavors blended together perfectly. Served with beef stew. Glad I have another bottle.
