Expressive nose displaying intense yellow citrus fruit, lemon sorbet, lemon curd, a hint of pineapple, spicy spices, honey and crushed rocks. Beautifully balance palate which is a great pleasant surprise, intense concentrated yellow fruit, incredibly sweet and rich yet fresh and pure, bright acidity, strong mineral and a long intense concentrated yellow citrus fruit driven spicy finish. The big scale, richness and sweetness are a bit Californian yet it is remarkably fresh and balanced. I believe it is at the peak but can easily last for another decade or two.
