Monday, April 20, 2015 - Popped and poured. Slightly sour aroma of red fruits and earth. Pleasant cherry and leather flavors, some menthol in the finish. Lovely, delicate, balanced, linear. May add complexity with more time, or maybe not. Right now it's a very good basic Chianti.
