Wednesday, December 22, 2021 - Still just a gentle prickle from the bubbles. A mature nose of white mushroom, Indian spice and citrus fruit rind. It is quite full in the mouth, with some brulee flavour and citrus complexity. It is nicely balanced and an engaging drink somewhere near its apogee.
