Tuesday, June 10, 2014 - Belated celebrations: Time has finally tamed the beast--a little. Deep ruby. Sweet cherry, tart red fruit, lots of wood spice, herb. Silky, lighter body. Medium acid and very plentiful tannin, but the tannins are actually approachable now with some air. Quite enjoyable.
