Tuesday, September 13, 2005 - This is sensational Burgundy. The color is crystal clear and a light reddish shade. The nose is wildflowers and plum. The taste is not yet balanced but yet very delicious showing tart plum and berries. The wine is not yet ready or peaking and should not be drunk again for at least two years. Its tight construction with acid and tannins should allow it to develop over the next eight years or more.
