Friday, April 6, 2012 - Much better than a year ago. Decanted for an hour. It has evolved a Burgundian character that it lacked before. There was a green note last time I tried it that now has turned into a woody note similar to that found in a Sauvigny Les Beaune. I'm glad I waited for this one but I think it's still got more a couple more years to fully develop.
