Thursday, December 20, 2012 - Very tasty Chablis and good representative of the 2010 vintage. Actually felt this wine was a bit shutdown and had more to give in another year or two. Silver-gold in colour, tons of minerals on the nose. Tart and minerally palate was fairly taught with decent weight and finish. As it had more air some green apple and pear started to poke through. Be interesting to see how this evolves in time but I think its worth risking some cellar time on.
