Community Tasting Note

Netmester Does not like this wine:

Tuesday, December 23, 2014 - Day 1: I really don't like this wine. No nose, no sweetness but a lot of acidity :-(
Day 2: Tasted the rest of the bottle opened yesterday and found a completly different wine. Nose now with dark berries, tobacco and english liqourice. The tast with some sweetness. Still some acidity but now more balanced.
All in all the wine is way to young now - will wait another 5 years before I will open the next bottle
