Saturday, October 6, 2018 - PnP - this seems fully mature and open for business. Distinctive notes of red macintosh apple on the palate - strange first time I have gotten those notes in a CabSauv. Tannins are smooth, some dried leaves and earth alongside the fruit - velvety mouthfeel. In a nice spot.
