Wednesday, January 4, 2023 - Nose of bloody raw meat, dark cherries, and wet rosemary. Palate brings a big rush of pepperiness followed by rocky soil, dark red fruits, and mossy earth. Smooth, round, plump tannins on the finish with white pepper, graphite, more rocky soil, and a old oak note to finish things off. I don't see any rush to drink.
