Didn’t really take notes here, as I was still wowed by the Barboursville, but a pretty good wine that should be consumed. BEB comments: Dark in the center with brick on the edge. Nose of dusty rose, plum, cedar. Nothing very focused however. Flavors track the nose but decidedly faded with a short cedar finish. Not bad, but not a ’Wow’ wine either; nothing elegant or classic about it. With osso buco at Che Ross.
