Friday, December 8, 2023 - PnP’ed and consumed over 4 hours. Pronounced aromas of raspberry, strawberry, red plum, violet, toast, incense, chocolate, and wet leaves. Medium+ acidity, medium silky tannins, pillowy texture, and long, red-fruited finish. Still very young and not showing many tertiary notes, but already so complex: it kept evolving throughout the evening and every sniff displays a different, new facet to you.
