Thursday, November 24, 2011 - Absolutely gorgeous ruby and blood color dark and medium density, vibrant and young. Nose of cherry bubblegum, a little cool-aid, a little licorice, and hints of creme de cassis. Also hints of granadine. Somewhat dissapointing upon entrance; quite hollow and meaningless until it reaches the 3rd third, and then shows a little bit of a flare, a bit of structure, and a finish of cherry soda, with some acidity, short to medium length, and a little tartness.
