Saturday, November 25, 2023 - Beautiful and expressive nose of apricot, caramel, lemon, peach, and minerals. It's very rich but balanced by acidity with flavors of grapefruit, more apricot, and minerals on the palate. Long finish. Really pretty wine that's drinking perfectly right now. It's very showy and a touch more acidity may have elevated this even more.
