Monday, August 10, 2020 - This was really excellent - complex and layered. That said, I think my palate is a bit more attuned to Barsac and this felt just a little thick and cloying. If I ever go into a diabetic coma, however, this is my preferred way to be revived - please take note.

8/10/2020 11:36:00 AM - Good point. I suppose was thinking of going INTO a diabetic coma, but the way it came out I guess that statement is more the equivalent of a do not resuscitate order. Maybe I should rethink that. Be glad I'm not your doctor and do not take note!

8/10/2020 11:56:00 AM - nothing wrong with wine induced DNR/DNI order. Heck, we should advocate that more here in US; our compadres across atlantic allow physicians to decide DNR/DNI status for patients. I don't know why we put that burden on patients, but especially families.
