Friday, November 22, 2019 - Tasted blind. Amazing amber colour. Lots of caramel and nutty notes with very little fruit left. Structure already crumbling a bit with age, at least in this bottle. Not too sweet - which I like generally - but also no longer fresh. Didn‘t remind me of a Sauternes, more like a Vinsanto.
