Friday, December 7, 2007 - Deep purple. Nose of cedar, mint with medicinal notes, and even a little varnish. Tart, mild tannins, herbal, light body, heavy oak with vanilla. Long finish. Overall a solid wine, but too much oak. The tartness makes it somewhat clumsy.
