Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Another Wine gathering at RJ’s; 4/4/2024-4/7/2024 (Palmetto Bluff, South Carolina): Medium expressive nose displaying ripe red fruit, dry cherry, black cherry, fruitcake, tobacco, garrigue, dark spices and mineral. Excellent concentration, generous sweet ripe black fruit, rich and deeply toned, bright acidity, earth mineral and a long ripe black fruit driven finish with licorice at the end. Justin is a bit disappointed for not finding "white pepper" and I agree. This is a bit riper and more black fruit driven than ususal.
