Monday, December 25, 2023 - Decanted for almost 3 hours. Aromas of blackberry, currant, cherry, iron and lead pencil. Flavors of blackberry, currant, black cherry, iron and dash of mocha. Ends with a long finish of 55-60 seconds with blackberry and chocolate notes. This hasn’t moved at all in 7 years and still drinking fantastic. Showing no signs of age.
