Sunday, January 28, 2024 - Dull yellow. Honeyed pear. Medium weight, not as full or glycerine as some dessert Chenin Blanc. Moderate sweetness, lovely spice, fine acidity. Vigorous and excellent purity of fruit. Moulin Touchais is so hit or miss; this was a definite hit and in no danger of imminent decline.
