Saturday, December 7, 2013 - A really nice cab sauv. The best of the Dajio wine list. Powerful and smooth with enough tannis to make it interesting but not overpowering. Guess when one spends a bit more $ one buys balance and finish. Not overly oaky but something different to it- maybe argentina? Definitely a convincing argument that I could learn to appreciate bigger (well done) reds.
