Monday, January 8, 2024 - Pop and pour. Last remnants of a cold while opening, so notes from 3 days open. Old school spatburgunder with coffee, pomegranate. On the palate: solid acid, loads of secondary notes, excellent density and a long tangy finish with soft tannin.
