Friday, October 27, 2017 - Nebbiolos, white truffles, Volume II (Chicago, IL): This just didn't want to come out and play today. A bit simplistic for the label, with a nice dose of red fruit and a slight bit of earth, but really not much else. A bit hollow on the midpalate, this showed a lot of structure and not a lot of fruit.
