Wednesday, September 28, 2022 - Pale peach color, tiny bubbles. Assertive nose of lemon, oyster shell, brioche, burnt marshmallow. Palate is flavorful, medium-dense for champagne. Pretty nice overall, checks the boxes for Champagne. I know what flavors I like though and prefer two bottles of Schramsberg and even Roederer estate at this price point.
