Sunday, August 13, 2023 - Working our way through the NV of the bigger champagne houses. This was right in the middle of the road. Not too acidic, but also only limited almond and brioche notes. The primary notes here for me were lemon zest, honeysuckle and some green apple.

Good for the QPR - which is at the lower end of the big house NV. I wouldn't turn it down, but wouldn't necessarily seek it out.
