Sunday, January 29, 2006 - Light, lemony, and crisp with medium bead and a bright finish. We had it with roast chicken with garlic and herbs and an assertive salad, and it held up beautifully with that food. Would be better with food than without, and with heavier food (roasted chicken, even a curry) than delicate food.
