Saturday, February 17, 2024 - Nose: Bread dough, lemon, butterscotch, granny smith caramel apple.
Palate: Tart non-alcoholic cider, raspberry, strawberry. I got more autolytic notes in the aroma than I do here. High acid but very generous dosage. Has a bit of grip to it. I prefer a creamier mouse and smaller bubbles.
